Writer’s Bloq took a trip to Google’s New York City headquarters this morning (for the free breakfast if for nothing else) and heard a lot of funny, nerdy things:
Every day we Googling, every day we Googling. (to the bass of LMFAO)
Damn, Google coffee is good.
This fruit is insane.
Yeah, they probably imported it from Bali this morning.
I saw Sergey Brin at Westside. He was wearing Google glasses.
Do they say Google on them, with the O’s as eye holes?
Yes, because that’s what Google glasses are.
That’s dedication.
How many of you use Gmail?
The entire room raises hands. (Surprise, surprise.)
I’m cutting the sleeves off this Google shirt and hitting the club.
Dude, Google has lemon juice packets! Yeah, I swear. They’re behind the honey. I’m filling my pockets before we go. (Disclaimer: This criminal was not a Bloq employee).
To the right, Liz Kim in Google, Winter 2012.
These shirts are American Apparel. That means the quality is good. Google.
Chairs in the room are blue, red, yellow and green. Wow, Google, trying too hard, yo.
As lunch is being served: Are we getting dinner too?
How many women are here?
I dunno. Google it.
I thought they were going to take us on a tour of their office.
I thought they were going to take us on a tour of their yacht.
Damn, Google sugar cookies. Google should start a vending machine.
Gonna Google that shiz all the way home.
